This is a standard the world over and also in India. This should clear any issues that might be regarding the difference between Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. All simply put it follows the trail : Basic degree In Medicine > Specialization in Genl. Surgery > Super Specialization in Plastic Surgery > Super Super Specialization in Cosmetic Surgery or Aesthetic Surgery. For ease we have differentiated between Cosmetic surgery procedures and plastic surgery procedures.
